In Memoriam
We are deeply saddened to announce the tragic passing of our dear colleague and friend Dr. Salman Anwar on July 18th following a motor vehicle accident.
He will be remembered as a kind, compassionate, hard working and dedicated physician by his patients and colleagues. Dr. Anwar was known for his ever-present sense of humor and positive attitude. He had an extraordinary ability to make everyone around him laugh and feel uplifted.
Outside of his professional life, he was a devoted father to his son, Sammi, and a loving husband to his wife, Noor.
He will be deeply missed and leaves a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. We extend our sincere condolences to his family.

We are a multidisciplinary clinic providing comprehensive rheumatology care. We focus on a shared care model with our patients with the goal of achieving best possible outcomes. Our team is comprised of rheumatologists, nurses, AHPs and phlebotomists. We have a commitment to medical education and research. We value an outcome driven, research guided model of clinical care to inform our best practices.
We are collaborating with the Centre of Arthritis Excellence (CArE) as consulting rheumatologists. CArE is a community-based, MoH funded clinic supporting a portal of care for arthritis and associated conditions with an aim to provide patients timely assessment, effective treatment, and patient education grounded in self-management principles.
